Purchases are primarily made via Shopify Payments. There you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Klarna and Ideal (in the markets where it is supported).
We also offer an invoice option for credit-approved companies via Mondido/Two.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the payment method after the order has been placed and confirmed in our system because we use different credit companies or payment service providers.
When you proceed to checkout to pay, an assessment is made by our payment partners so they can determine which payment options they can offer you. The assessment is individual and based on several factors; for example, previous payment history, how much you want to purchase for, and external information.
If your purchase is denied, it means that our payment partner cannot offer you the credit you applied for on that specific purchase.
For web customers, there is also an order limit. Contact customer support if you have trouble placing your order.
A check is also made to ensure a valid organization number / VAT number is present.
As a rule, the amount is reserved when your purchase is made and charged when we ship your goods, in some cases you are charged already at the time of purchase.
In case of late or missed payment of invoice or installment, you will receive a reminder from Klarna with a fee.
