Shipping, returns, exchanges & complaints
Shipping:
We use various distributors for our products. Currently, we use PostNord or DHL as distributors. We offer free shipping with PostNord for orders over 1000:-. Delivery time 2-5 days.
In case of delivery damage, we refer to the current distributor but ask you to notify Segers about the damage as soon as possible. Please attach photos if possible.
On Segers webshop (segers.com), as a private individual, you have 30 days open purchase from the day you placed your order. For an item to be returned within the open purchase period, the item must be in original condition, unused with all tags intact. Refined or specially ordered garments cannot be returned.
Return:
How to return items ordered from Segers.com:
- Pack your products well, preferably in the packaging you received with your items.
- Follow this link and fill in your details.
- Wait for a QR code to be sent to you (via SMS or email).
- Submit your return at the nearest PostNord agent and show your QR code. The PostNord agent will then print your return label and attach it to the package, and give you a receipt confirming that you have sent the return.
- When the return is processed, we will issue a credit invoice for the item's value minus the return shipping cost of 89 SEK including VAT. Our goal is that all returns will be processed within 14 days.
In case of incomplete return, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reasonable handling fee. We do not offer return rights on specially manufactured, embroidered, or printed items.
If the delivery comes from a reseller's warehouse - follow their return procedure.
Exchange:
The easiest and most convenient way is to return as above and then place a new order (in the same way as when you ordered previously; we will refund you as soon as your return is approved and back in stock).
Refund:
Refund of your return or complaint will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase. We register your return as soon as we receive it, our warehouse then assesses whether the item is in original condition. After that, a refund is made.
NOTE: We cannot influence the time it takes for your bank to process the refund.
Segers will refund the amount as soon as possible, within 14 days from the date we have received and registered your return.
Complaint:
Register your complaint via the complaint form and we will contact you for further information.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal for you as a private individual is regulated in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
As a consumer (private individual), you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you have received an item we have sent to you. You do not need to state any reason when you withdraw your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you or a third party, other than the transport company, has received the item or in case of partial delivery when you or a third party, other than the transport company, has physically received the last item. You have no right of withdrawal on specially ordered items such as items with embroidery, print, or special orders.
