How has your Chef of the Year been so far?
My year so far has been absolutely fantastic. I have had the chance to experience many new exciting things and I am really looking forward to the rest of the year. I think it will be interesting and exciting to see what is to come.
What type of cooking are you passionate about?
The cooking I am passionate about is primarily Swedish food craftsmanship. The cultural aspects we have in our cooking. But refining it and making it something a bit more modern, simply.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
I am inspired by everything I see, hear, and read.
How do you want people to think of you as a chef?
Something I hope for is that I can be a source of inspiration for the next generation in the gastronomic world.
What do you want to do in the future, where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A big goal I have is to win Bocuse d’Or, and that is something I will try to achieve.
