Remember that we are looking for the body's true measurements, so feel free to measure yourself in your underwear.
Tip! If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a string and then measure the string against a ruler or yardstick.
Chest/bust measurement
Place a measuring tape around the body at chest/bust height where the bust is fullest. Make sure the measuring tape is not too tight or too loose. Do not hold your breath while measuring. Compare with our size guide.
Hip measurement
Place a measuring tape around the widest part of the buttocks. Make sure the measuring tape is not
too tight or too loose. Measure and compare with our size guide
Waist measurement

Collar size
Place the measuring tape around the base of your neck where the collar usually sits. It is usually just above where your neck meets your shoulders. Note the measurement on the tape where the ends meet. This is your collar measurement.
